In my daily business dealings, I take a different approach than most mortgage professionals.  I like to work with my clients on a personal level, and I strive to create long-term relationships with my clients.  I spend time getting to know my clients so that I can understand not only their mortgage needs today, but also their hopes and goals for the future.  By doing so, I can personally tailor each client's mortgage to meet their needs for today as well as the future.

I meet with all of my clients face-to-face to discuss their loan package, and I review the loan terms & Good Faith Estimate line-by-line to ensure everything is crystal clear.  I handle all aspects of my clients' loan files from origination to closing, and I attend every settlement to answer any last minute questions or address any concerns.

I work with nearly 20 different lenders, each of whom offers many different loan products.  I work between my clients and these lenders to find the best possible loan products and negotiate the best possible rates.  I don't push my clients into any particular loan program or interest rate/points combination - rather, I present my clients with many different choices and let them choose what they like best.
